Baby boomers & others seeking roommates to cut housing costs

OP note: I guess because of our expensive hobby this won't apply to most of us but I wonder if some out there have friends or neighbors looking for roommates to cut high housing (rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.) costs. 

Maybe some might rent a room and treat themselves with that money to hire 👿

I guess this book no longer applies to some of us, even single men and women are looking for roomates.
