acks0104 Posted March 31 Posted March 31 I've come across a few guys with active RM ads who will advertise as traveling to the area and they usually respond when I reach out to them, but then when the date comes, they don't ever actually travel. The odd thing is, they don't seem to be advertising for an OF or anything else. What's the deal with this? Why pay for RM and not see guys? What are they getting out of it?
+ PhileasFogg Posted March 31 Posted March 31 They may be testing the market to see if there’s enough demand to justify travel costs MikeBiDude, Frankcal, DMonDude and 7 others 2 8
Braziliancutee Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I do this always before to plan some trip. Bc if we don’t have some clients schedule or some ppl looking for us we normally don’t travel or otherwise we will just spend money with hotel, flights for notthing. So yes normally we do that to calculate if our travel will worth it
SecretProvider Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I find providers do this if they are planning a trip a few weeks in advance. Do you mind letting us know where you are? If it is a smaller city it can be that they are testing the waters and when not enough people apply they choose to go somewhere more lucrative.
