Premature Ejaculation

Hi guys, wondering if folks have any recommendations. Early 40s, starting to experience PE.
 

Have always been pretty sensitive but I’m finding sometimes unexpected quick release: will be getting massaged, inner thighs, and release before I even sense an arousal; will be masturbating and release almost before I’m hard; will have to slow down after 2 or 3 thrusts.
 

Try to breathe through it but it’s almost becoming more likely than less likely. 
 

urologist? Psychologist? Pelvic floor exercises? Edging? 
 

open to idea. Doesn’t make me feel great

Sometimes this is an effect of medication. Did this start happening in conjunction with any medical changes?

Premature Ejaculation is probably the ONLY thing we don't have a pill for yet.

But I'm told it's cumming quickly!
