Should you report a client for making you feel uncomfortable

A friend of mine had this client who booked an outcall session for the price of a therapeutic.  The client wasn't into paying the extras offered (providing oral counts as extra) and still kept making comments about sex during the whole massage. My friend didn't like that as he made clear he wasn't an escort. But the client still made those comments and even asked for a happy ending. Thing is, thay price agreed initially was not for an erotic massage. This client was cheap and crossed the line in my opinion. Why are cheap clients the worst clients?

No, your friend should not report him. He does need to learn how to be more direct though. When the client asked for a HE, he should have clearly explained to him that he already said he didn't want to pay for any extras. End of conversation.

I agree with @AshburyGuy that it should not be reported. The reporting feature you refer to is not intended to report clients who try to get a “freebie.”  I assume your friend would have provided at least a HE if the client had paid the additional rate. Your friend will likely encounter others who try for the same, so he should be prepared to address it and not get so upset about it.

I do illegal services, but he didn’t pay for the illegal services. Should I get law enforcement involved?

In the case of a provider reporting a client to Rentmasseur, I think that should be limited to clients who made threats or who refused to pay at the end of the appointment.  I don't know how Rentmasseur handles reports received from providers, but I assume at most they simply deactivate the client's account; I'm not sure if they have anything in place that would discourage that client from simply creating a new account using a different email.  Seems to be of limited value for the provider.

It's as simple as blocking the guy or ignoring the guy to not have him as a client again. If this incident was bad enough to remove "sensual" from his list of offerings, he should do so asap. It will result in less inquiries to his ad but hopefully reduce the erotic-seeking clients like this turkey. 

It takes nerve to want anything sexual from a masseur that not only lists therapeutic only, but hammers that point home in their prose. I never want a therapeutic massage, so no matter how attractive a guy may be, I'll never hire him out of respect for his business.
