I don't understand the worry except of course it's   upsetting to be accused of something you didn't do. I can't imagine there's anyway he can act on it to try to get the $815 from you. I might be more worried that he has your picture on his porch camera. But on the other hand, he probably has the pictures of "non clients" too. 


Assuming it's actually him, his response isn't that conciliatory. He didn't offer an apology for accusing you.

 

Personally I'd block him, lose the phone number, and find some friendlier providers.

In the future wear UPS uniforms to all appointments.

Was the amount paid for the encounter $815?  That seems like a very unusual "consultation fee".  I often get scams involving firms that I don't have accounts with, or PayPal which I have but never use.
