You could try a pod hotel or even a hostel in the city and use day hotel services for when you need to host in the city.

I remember first going there in 1982 when a friend introduced me to me to it. I was too young to be a John but just a tad too old to be trade. So I just observed the action and had a drink. 
When I went back a number of years later I hired a young Black guy in chinos and a Lacoste sports shirt. Took him back to my hotel and I remember paying him$150 to top me. Oh yeah, the hotel was the Marriott on Times Square. Easy to take an escort back there with the setup they had there.

There are plenty of options in the city if you are willing to sacrifice either quality or stay outside of central manhattan. I can recommend my favorite spots f you dm me.
