I have a 5 bedroom house.  I rent out 2 rooms to straight military roommates (I enjoy the view when they come downstairs shirtless for their morning coffee).  Therefore, besides my own room, most orgies have occurred in the living room while the other roommates were away at work.

Hmmm....the house I occupy in the fall season is a 1.7; a. stone cottage built "way back" as my parents's first home. the .7 is given over to a bedroom, bath, dressing room and loft study. I house the "boys" in the 2/2 guest house "next door".
