Taylor has always been known to be a lyricist and songwriter before a singer. Her lyrics have been analyzed by english teachers and english professors, you can even see commentary on youtube from literary and poetry scholars. So I guess that’s why she calls herself an English teacher.

But @caramelsub I don't see the original post that @azdr0710 is referring to.
