FWIW, he was previously based in LA and I saw him on Scruff where he had face pics on his profile.  I thought he was really handsome/rugged looking and I was tempted to engage him but he was non-responsive the couple of times I messaged him on Scruff.  I had no illusions he would be into me 'off the clock' but he could not be bothered to respond to or acknowledge a compliment from an older man and I interpreted that as an attitude that would probably result in an unsatisfying encounter.  At least for me.

Not yet.  I've tried but I'm only in NYC occasionally and it always seems to be during his "unavailable" days/hours, which appear to include some weekends.

As others have said he's certainly very active on hookup sites so good for him that he makes time for fun under his terms.  On scruff his interests are "banter and butts" and yes, he's handsome.
