He might very well be a meth addict, but he doesn't look like he's starving.

At least he's just homeless and possibly can get the help he needs. There are a lot of gay men who get addicted to meth and end up with their dead body being carried away from a circuit party.

When I was younger,  I used to go to Fire Island every summer. The "Pines Party" always had one or two deaths during the even that they had to clean up as discreetly as possible. Very sad.

Hope this handsome fellow gets some support and a road to recovery.

I’ve seen some really muscular men panhandling. I don’t know their housing situation. Most of them looked to me like recently released inmates who spent their time incarcerated working out.
