Most likely thru RM Messenger.  I don't see it show up on the old version. But there's an option to message him on the newer update.

his 45 RM reviews, all pretty evenly distributed over the years, came to a screeching halt last June......maybe that was when he made the big jump to OF and was never heard from again??

I agree, and that's what they said to me.  It's essentially just an advertising site for OF then.  Why should anyone pay for RM to see OF ads?

I first saw him at LSPG. I think he's internet famous. There are lots of guys all over the world wanting to get with him. He may not be Bel Ami gorgeous, but he looks like he's a fun daddy time, especially if you're a hungry bottom. From the amateur videos and chat that I've seen, it looks like he enjoys being with younger porn star types. If he's using RM as a marketing tool for OF, it wouldn't surprise me. It’s no loss for Toronto clients imo. I was scrolling through the RM offerings currently and there is no shortage of hot and interesting providers. Even quite a few visiting from abroad. 
Toronto is a good market with lots of motivated clients with the wherewithal to pursue this hobby. It’s a very affluent market on a par with major American cities. Maybe a bit fewer clients than NY and LA but on a par with 2nd tier cities like Chicago and Miami.
