Elliott Spitzer was never charged for anything in his scandal,  even after he toughened up the prostitution and trafficking laws in NY.

My assumption is that once in effect, it will change from "a handful of misdemeanors that will often be reduced or dismissed," to 'without any human trafficking, it's a handful of felonies that will often be reduced to misdemeanors or dismissed.'

That state recently outlawed mask wearing in public. Now's the time to see an NC escort wearing masks and face multiple charges! I'll take a mask misdemeanor over a felony fuck with a plea bargain any day of the week.

Yes, it is. Human trafficking is an issue worldwide. The larger problem with the exploitation of young adult men is that there aren't as many resources dedicated to help young men as there are for women and girls, and for boys.
