In my experience, most providers welcome hearing what you're looking for in advance.  Just ask the guys you're interested in if they are open to kissing and I bet you'll get an honest answer.  Also I'm a huge Essentiall fan as well!  I always leave his studio satisfied!!

You should ask outright if kissing is included. Be prepared, though, for most to refuse. They are advertising massage, and some may take exception to being treated as an escort.

Providers' definitions of "intimate" vary.  There are providers who will suck, rim and fuck your brains out or let you suck, rim and fuck their brains out but won't kiss because they say it's "too intimate".
