DC, you're right about Theoriley. He stood me up three times. I believe he's one of those providers who advertises in multiple cities, sees what kind of business he can drum up, and when he doesn't get enough takers, he'll cancel a city at the last minute with no heads up or further communications. 

Of course, he has always been a controversial provider on this site.
