It is no longer called World Gym--the new name is Steel Gym. I haven't been there in a long time, but when I was a member, it was not like a gay bath-house, because there were plenty of straight members.

It is a gym. It is not a bathhouse. if you fool around in the steam room or sauna you’re going to get thrown out and probably banned.

Contrary to above comments, I have found the stream room consistently "active" the last few months, at all times of day. No one straight is back there.

Steel Gym is ungodly cruisy. If you don't know that, you haven't been there. "People are there to workout" No, people are here to show off their assets and check each other out on the gym floor before heading into the steam. Guys workout in their underwear, boners clearly visible, cocks popping out accidentally all the time. The wet area is built for cruising. You can literally stare at guys in the communal shower while you're sitting in the sauna directly across. The steam room is very, very dark. None of this is a coincidence. It's all built intentionally for guys to play.

Steel Gym is one of those gyms where you can drop to your knees and suck cock, and if someone walks in on you, no one bats an eyelash. In fact, guys will join in on the fun. When a visitor witnesses these homosexual atrocities and reports it to the front desk, the front desk just rolls their eyes and tells them to carry on because it's just the vibe of the place. If you don't like it, leave.
