Doublelist

I just tried to log into Doublelist for the first time in some time, but it is now asking for a monthly subscription fee.  Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

It is now working without a charge for whatever reason.  I’m not sure how to delete this topic.

Doublelist did revert to being a subscription-based service months ago.  I have not tried to go in again since then.  Maybe they have switched back to being free??

hadn't looked at it in months, but did login just now to see.....every page presents a subscription offer with no apparent way to get beyond it.....

That site is the poster child for why it's better to just hire. Nothing but fakes and liars on that thing.

It does make me miss Craigslist at its zenith though!

I just tried it too.  It even wants you to upgrade to see the images in the ads. I see it has a couple of levels of membership upgrades at in the $3-something/Mo and the $7-something/Mo ranges.

No Thank You.  With rare exception, that site was just frustrating even for free.

In my experience, the Doublelist subscription requirement flips on and off.  There's no subscription requirement for me today. But all the pictures are blurred and require a subscription to see. 

I sincerely wish that site were better.

I just logged into Doublelist, but I don't see anything trying to get me to subscribe.

Yup.

Started around 2 years ago that sometimes when you log-in you'll be greeted by a subscription page. To by-pass it I just "Manage Posts" and I'm fine after that.

me, too.....last Friday, nothing but subscription pages even after logging in.......just now, after logging in, the usual listings and choices.......
