I have met him a good number of times. Great guy. However, unless he changed his mind since the last time I saw him, he doesn't top or bottom. He's mainly available for massage. At one point he even had in his RM ad that he doesn't provide penetration of any kind.

I think he's just using Rentmen as an additional way to reach the masses to his massage services. If you read that contents of his ad, it's definitely for massage services over escorting. He's advertising just a erotic massage on both sites.

I wish he were a full service escort because his body is beautiful from head to toe. He's genuinely a sweet guy, with me anyway.
