As usual, I have to come to be the first one... lol.  Luckily, I was just in NYC.  He's absolutely the guy in the photos.  His English is limited.  He's Versbtm.  Massage was decent but not professional quality.  He's nice but since the communication is difficult I'd recommend having a translation app ready.  Yes I would repeat.
