Hunter won't take a plea deal that doesn't offer complete immunity, allowing him to escape from further prosecution for the rather extensive list of illegalities he is accused of. DOJ allowed for wording in a pretrial diversion agreement to "absolve" Hunter of other sins(FARA, Influence peddling etc) if he copped a plea. The plea agreement had NO SUCH WORDING. Judge reads this nonsense in court, and rightfully calls it out. What is going on with the Judicial System? The rule of law? Stay tuned.
