What confuses me is that these virtual influencers have been around for years and even had video ads. They would be up on Instagram for years and people are flipping out about it now? 

 

Also, people seem to be rattled about deep fake voice messages and telephone calls but that tech has been around since the 90s or even before. Of course the Scream movies back then made the best use of it. 

 

 

Look at that movie Sim0ne, with Al Pacino, it's free on Tubi TV. I loved it but it perfectly shows what's out right now and what could be in the near future.
