They are both highly rated, and highly regarded here. I'm on a tight budget and time schedule, so will unfortunately have to choose one. Assuming they're both available, would love to get the wonderful people on this forum to comment on why they'd recommend one masseur or the other.

I've seen both of these gentlemen and each is an excellent masseur. Both have limited availability, as @Redwine56 observes, so whoever you can book should be fine. That said, I have a personal preference for Arjun.

Arjun's ad is currently frozen.  So that solves your problem.

I have worked with Blessings 10+ times and can only say nice things about him.  He is a wonderful person who takes his craft very seriously.  I do recommend him highly.

Strange since he used to have numerous photos posted.  Maybe he took them down when he froze his ad.  Probably went back to India for an extended vacation.

With many regulars, Arjun sometimes freezes his ad when he is so booked up that he can't possibly squeeze in any new clients.  He is definitely not in India on an extended vacation (this regular saw him less than a week ago, and he had no imminent travel plans). I don't think it's that he's taking a break.

He often rotates his main picture. But I'm sure when he unfreezes his ad, he will restore the personal photos.

Typically when Americans say "Asian" referring to a person, they very specifically mean ethnic EAST Asian and SOUTH EAST Asian people.

NOT Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Kazak, and all the other "stan" people who are only geographically "Asian"

Just back from a trip to NY. I fit in 2 massages and both were everything I could have wanted them to be.
