HE with sugardaddy nyc ?

Incredible service but no HE. Super professional. Clean. I get excited when I'm there and the work is always top-notch but, nothing off-menu. Armando (the owner) used to offer massage and could be found on MF but no longer.

Agreed - great service, very professional and pleasantly flirty.

I once went to a (I think) Russian guy in Chelsea who did a lot of shaving in addition to trimming. Anybody know who I'm talking about

I'm fairly certain you're talking about Alex (https://www.alexspot24.com/), who offers everything from body grooming to massage to other aesthetic treatments. He can be a little difficult to book with as he splits his time between NYC and Miami, and a nice following of regulars.

I see Alex regularly for body waxing; I saw him once many years ago for a massage, which was great. Haven't tried any other treatments.

I can also recommend George, Jose, and SugarDaddyNYC (all previously mentioned) for their waxing services, all of whom are excellent at what they do.

What’s the difference between waxing and sugaring? Is one more effective than the other?

Sugaring is less likely to irritate your skin.  And heals faster.

And seconding all the praise of Sugar Daddy.  He and his team are amazing.

Thanks. Does one last longer (hairless) than the other?

Longer than waxing?  I don’t think so.  I think they’re the same thing in terms of ripping hair out at the root.  But sugaring is gentler and doesn’t require heat.

I hate shaving down myself. Have had guys do it for me. Also, had laser removal for hair on traps and lower lats. But it has to be repeated regularly to keep me smooth.

Has anyone tried Why Not Men's Spa in Greenwich Village?

WHYNOTMENSPA-NYC.COM

They claim to do Waxing and Trim, which seems to imply electric clippers (maybe scissors or razor?). Buttocks are $35, and Brazilian Bikini (a woman's term at a men's spa) for $50. Can't beat the pricing. Has anyone tried them, for any service?

(Edit) So I called Why Not and spoke to a gentleman at the front desk. He confirmed there are two different prices; one for waxing, one for electric clipper trimming. I asked about "buttocks," and he said the service includes "between the cheeks." I also mentioned my front groin area, and he said for front and back the trim service is a $75 package. He said all the practitioners at the spa were males, no women. If anyone has any experience here, please PM me, thanks.

I’ve only had massage and pedicure here. Going prices and good service. Anyone try  wax and trim?

I’ve done the butt trim at Why Not once. It was pretty quick and the guy who did it (it was a several months ago so I don’t remember his name or his face, sorry) did a great job. It was done with a manual razor, not electric clippers. No cuts or nicks and I was done within 15 minutes. I don’t trim my butt very often, maybe once a year and usually during the summer, but I’d go again

Regarding Why Not Spa:

I've had my back shaved there multiple times: always competently.  Usually the guy uses a disposable safety razor; occasionally, electric clippers. I can't speak to hair removal on other parts of the body (I prefer to trim my chest hair and pubes myself).

Pricing is reasonable and service is quick. Yes, all staff are men. Some have limited English (they're all Chinese, I believe).

I have a pedicure there regularly; sometimes a facial and rather occasionally a massage.

Has anyone tried Jay at the Sugardaddy for trimming?   Carlos or Andy at MPM?   Or Jay at Alexspot?
