He says that the screen keeps "bouncing to the top" (his words). He said that when he tried to type, the sentences came out as "gibberish." This note is being typed on my IPad. i did a Windows update and then lost access to my computer. I cannot sign in as the password is rapidly auto filled and always wrong. When I could sign in, Th pages kept reverting to the top. If I tried to type, the letters made no sense. The IPad loads very slowly, so it is not real good for surfing the Internet.
