Ben's either very, very gay and super closeted, or he's bi. I have interacted with him at a charity function and my gaydar went THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!!!!!!!  Handsome guy but more along the lines of a Ken Doll than a hot hunk. Too "vanilla" for my taste. I wonder why news channels don't hire more cutting edge anchors than these Ken and Barbie Dolls. I just can't take them seriously. Whenever I'd watch them together, I'd swear I was in a toy store.  Erika Tarantal is so much more REAL!!

I was in lust with him when he co-anchored GOOD DAY WAKE UP in NYC before he left for a better time slot in Boston and more time to be with his wife and kid.  Seeing him at 4:30 AM was a nice way to start the day.

Are there any Boston-area posters here? Do you like my AnchorHoney Ben? I had a crush on him when he was the early morning anchor on Fox5-NYC. He's cute, has a great voice, & an even better personality. The morning news has never been the same since he left for Beantown.

 I always wondered how he'd get along there, since he always blasted Tom Brady & The Patriots as cheaters when he was in NY.

The guy reads a teleprompter for a living.  Let him be.  He's doing his thing.

And frankly, he ticks all the standard anchor boxes.
