As his pix and videos suggest, Steve's appearance changes somewhat due to grooming. Sorry to hear that. I hired him last week for an hour. We had tried to meet before… a few times, but our schedules just didn’t mesh. I was almost going to give up trying to meet him. Finally we were able to lock something down. In any case, my experience was opposite yours. He was very much into the session. He was very engaged.
