Well since, this thread has spun way past the question to escorts, I'm going to throw my 2 cents worth in here, and if anyone doesn't like it then as the French (oops I meant Freedom) people say "se la vie!". I would have done so earlier, but I wanted to get my thoughts straight before posting something, that will still probably piss off some people.

 

Based on my most recent experience as a client posting a review, I have come to the conclusion, that regardless of the circumstances, that I will probably never submit another review to this site. I don't care if the escort is the archangel Gabriel with a 12 inch golden dick come down to Earth to fuck me into Heaven or a minion of Satan with a 42" cock of fiery hot iron shoved up my butt for all eternity. I'll just keep my experiences and opinions to myself from now on.

 

It seems to me, and of course I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time), that the reviews are limited to a select group of escorts by a select handful of reviewers. As such, how does anyone who is new, establish a record as a creditable reviewer, when all that is published is your first review of an escort (that is if that first review is of one of the "chosen" escorts)? I think this is what the old union organizers referred to as a closed shop.

 

Why can't all reviews of an escort experience be published, regardless of whether it is the first or the one hundreth review posted by a client. When I see an umpteenth review posted by the same client, I usually don't bother to read it, because by this time, I know what he wants from an escort, and if it isn't what I look for, then it has no value for me. However, if it is someone not that familiar to the reviews, then I will read it to get an overall view of the true versatility of the escort. Not doing so, imo, is a disservice not only to the potential client, but to the escort as well (but as I said, just mo).

 

Also, this policy really discourages any new client from posting a review, which kind of negates the purpose of this site, unless the purpose of this site is to cater to the whims/fancies of a few clients who discovered it at the start, and to a few escorts who are chosen for "some reason not known to the general clientel".

 

Add to this, the time consuming effort needed to fill out the new review page, and I have to say why bother? I get the feeling that if one checks the box for prior donation to this site, that one's review would get top priority. This was not on the old review format, and even if I have made a donation to this site, I would never check yes to this question, as I don't think that should have any bearing on whether a review is published or not. If only those who donate get their reviews published, then perhaps there should be a fee to enter the site.

I must say that while I agree with most of what you said, I certainly don't agree with all of it. Yes, there are a few clients and escorts who have been on this site for a while and seem to think that they have control of what goes on here. But, if other people like you or me want to exert any bit of control ourselves, then we have to chime in with our two cents.

 

I am very glad that you post here often in the message board. You have many valuable things to conntribute to the board. I think more poeple should do so as well. However, I realize not everyone wants to get into the childish bickering and queeny bitch fights that go on in here most of the time. I say, just igonore the petty, ignorant posts and go on with your own thing.

 

That is why I think you should continue posting reviews about encounters with escorts when you feel moved to do so. I certainly don't think everyone should post a review after every encounter, unless they want to, of course. But, they should send in a review after the ones that made a difference - either in a good or a bad way. If other people here have a problem with the review, then too bad.

 

Anyway, I just thought I would throw my two cents in there.

I agree with those who mentioned that submitting reviews can be tedious and complicated, not to mention not everyone enjoys writing essays. That being said, I have never experienced any difficulty in submitting any reviews on this site. From the first to my tenth or so, I always received confirmation that my review had been received, and depending on the number of reviews an escort already had, would appear on the site either very shortly, or after some time. In each case, I also received a confirmation, including a copy of what I had written, once the review was scheduled to be posted the next day.

 

I've heard others have had some difficulties in the past, but I haven't experienced any of this. And I'm about as unknown and ignored as anyone can be on this site (Mr. Cellophane here) - so the evidence I have seen so far is contrary to the notion that one has to be famous or popular on this site to have a review reach the posting stage.

I've been looking almost daily for a Review of your encounter with Bastian. Please don't tell me you didn't right one. Also, looking forward to reading your take on Marco Rochelle. I know Marco is on a 30 day seperation so I was hoping to see your review at his next cycle.

 

It may be easy to get frustrated spending a lot of time filling out the review form, double checking everything (i.e.spelling,etc...) then not see your review come up for awhile. But, like us all, HB sometimes gets behind, misfiles, or just plan forgets. Sometimes a gentle reminder sent to him as a reply to your review confirmation can get your review back on track.

 

As far as Donations. If HB is really trying to make a living off of a Free Site, then he is somewhat dependent upon those that use the site to help Financially. I have, so far, only hired Escorts reviewed here and feel I should give back (in the form of reviews and with periodic donations.)

If my reviews of Aaron and Marco get published subsequent to this, then cool as I have no control over that, but definitely have control over not ever submitting another review, which I feel 99% sure that I will never do again.

 

My one regret, is that I will not be submitting a review of Bastian, who is truly one of the finest young men it has been my pleasure to be with as he is well aware of. Bastian is a beautiful young man, that I truly enjoyed enough to spend a three day weekend with, and he knows how I feel about him and he of all people can probably understand my stance on this subject.

 

If I could retract any reviews that I have submitted that are not yet published, I would do that also, as this site definitely comes across as a tight little clique of who's who. And this is not a criticism of anyone who runs this site or anyone who posts/reviews here.

I just feel that it is totally crass, offensive and irrelevant to ask a reviewer whether he has donated to this site as part of the review process, and if answering yea, then to further ask the name of the escort that led you to make a donation. I did not/will not answer yea or nay to such a query, nor expect anyone else to do so. This is a total invasion of an individual's privacy as such info is conveyed in private email not an open forum, as it should be. Since I found the question offensive and irrelevant, as a barometer, I chose not to answer it, just to see what difference it would make, and found that a nay/no response definitely puts your review at the bottom of the list.
