What are specific acts worth?

Another thread here about haggling over fees led me to think about the fact that some escorts advertise a flat rate for time, while others specify different rates for different acts. I am curious to know what escorts think about the relative worth of different practices, regardless of whether you charge differently for them or not. In what order would you rank the following according to how much you would expect to be paid for them, from 1 (cheapest) to 15 (most expensive.

Getting your cock sucked

Sucking cock

Body worship

Foot worship

Fucking

Getting fucked

Water sports

Bondage on client

Bondage on escort

Whipping client

Being whipped by client

Masturbating for client

Masturbating client

Kissing and cuddling (no genital contact)

Role-playing (military, doctor/patient, boss/employee, biker/slut, etc.)

If this is too long a survey, then at least say which items would be at the extremes (cheapest and most expensive).

Strictly Speaking

By and large, especially among the escorts who post on here, no one really breaks it down, particularly with the specificity of your question.

There are escorts who do not do certain acts: i.e., they do not kiss. Personally, IMHO, if you are not going to kiss some clients, you should not kiss all clients, excepting the occassional particular situation such as one with bad breath. The idea that it depends on the chemistry (i.e. the mood or attitude that day) does not constitute a full service companionship.

I potentially kiss every client who comes to me, the only possible exceptions I could think of would be, again, breath or a possible health concern, in which case I would more likely simply stop the session, rather than provide what I felt were less than complete services.

Some escorts do provide sensual massage. Others also provide legit body work, and others still may provide legit body work with release or with nude/nude contact. None of these are, in my mind, the same as what a full service companion offers or provides. In certain cities, largely because some clients have requested only a sensual massage, which I think comes from their cultural expections or experiences, particularly with bisexual and largely closeted men, I have provided sensual massage to clients, but I have often taken these clients further than what is largely conceived of sensual massage, but only after assessing my client's comfort level.

I only provide this as an IN call service at my hotel room, and only at a slight reduction to my standard IN call rate. If the client is simply looking for an inexpensive rate, I suggest he try men who advertise "body rubs/sensual massage," etc., with suggestions on how the potential client may get the most for his money (i.e., the goal is not just to jerk me off, but I at least want a 30 minutes of body contact, or I want to suck you off, I don't care if you come, etc.) depending on what it is the client really wants.

Since I am not going to get this client's business, I prefer he get as good an experience as possible and often these clients, especially in cities I visit frequently, remember me and higher me when they are ready for a more "complete" experience.

Some closeted and bisexual men as well as other clients simply want to give head or simply want mutual oral without fucking. The answer which I give, which I am sure is the answer any other escort on this site would give, is that I am a full service escort and you are paying me for my time and the fee remains the same irregardless of what we do together.

Some escorts may offer discounts, such as for IN calls versus OUT calls, or day rates, but it is rare to find a "menu" option.

The one notable exception is certain men, who seem largely straight, and predominantly offer body worship. In this case, other fees are available but if you read other client's posts and the reviews of some of these "escorts," very few people seem very comfortable or willing to go along with this type of pricing.

A client of mine who just happen to be a very good lawyer here in PA told me that the easiest way to explain the difference between prostitution and escorting and all of the legalities involved is as follows:

If you have a menu as in a restaurant ($50 for this $100 for that) it is illegal, you're paying for an act.

If you have a buffet (one price, all inclusive) then it is legal since you are really only paying for time, not an act.

Hope this clears up any issues on price tags.

Hey sebastian -- he may be a great lawyer, but just don't hire him for a criminal case }(

His advise is so totally eroneous I just had to do a westlaw search of PA law and neither the cases nor the statutes support his statement to you--maybe he was trying to reassure you or had some other motive, but the above statement just isn't correct nor should you or anyone else here rely on it.

The PA statute defining Prostitiution is below, and in fact makes it fairly easy to convict for prostitiution under either of the above senarios :(

§ 5902. Prostitution and related offenses

(a) Prostitution.--A person is guilty of prostitution if he or she:

(1) is an inmate of a house of prostitution or otherwise engages in sexual activity as a business; or

(2) loiters in or within view of any public place for the purpose of being hired to engage in sexual activity.

(a.1) Grading of offenses under subsection (a).--An offense under subsection (a) constitutes a:

(1) Misdemeanor of the third degree when the offense is a first or second offense.

(2) Misdemeanor of the second degree when the offense is a third offense.

(3) Misdemeanor of the first degree when the offense is a fourth or subsequent offense.

(4) Felony of the third degree if the person who committed the offense knew that he or she was human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive or manifesting acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).

(b) Promoting prostitution.--A person who knowingly promotes prostitution of another commits a misdemeanor or felony as provided in subsection © of this section. The following acts shall, without limitation of the foregoing, constitute promoting prostitution:

(1) owning, controlling, managing, supervising or otherwise keeping, alone or in association with others, a house of prostitution or a prostitution business;

(2) procuring an inmate for a house of prostitution or a place in a house of prostitution for one who would be an inmate;

(3) encouraging, inducing, or otherwise intentionally causing another to become or remain a prostitute;

(4) soliciting a person to patronize a prostitute;

(5) procuring a prostitute for a patron;

(6) transporting a person into or within this Commonwealth with intent to promote the engaging in prostitution by that person, or procuring or paying for transportation with that intent;

(7) leasing or otherwise permitting a place controlled by the actor, alone or in association with others, to be regularly used for prostitution or the promotion of prostitution, or failure to make reasonable effort to abate such use by ejecting the tenant, notifying law enforcement authorities, or other legally available means; or

(8) soliciting, receiving, or agreeing to receive any benefit for doing or agreeing to do anything forbidden by this subsection.

I'm sure some of the other attorneys here will tell you the same thing--his "definition" is not correct. I did a computer (westlaw) search for a few cases in PA also, and nothing backs him up on this point. I'm not trying to put YOU down, Sebastian, just don't want you or other escorts following an eroneous definition to your detriment. If you have any questions about this, feel free to email me. Hope this helps.

Rather than charging for specific acts, I prefer to pay by the inch. :+

In addition, I'd propose a $50 per inch deduct for each "inflated" inch the escort advertises. (I.e., if they advertise 8" but only measure up to 7" then deduct $50 from the final amount.)

Unfortunately your quote is out of context in that the term "Prostitution" is not defined. In other states, it's a bit simpler. For Example, In the State of Washington the RCW's read:

[blockquote]

RCW 9A.88.030

Prostitution.

(1) A person is guilty of prostitution if such person engages or agrees or offers to engage in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee.

(2) For purposes of this section, "sexual conduct" means "sexual intercourse" or "sexual contact," both as defined in chapter 9A.44 RCW.

(3) Prostitution is a misdemeanor.

[/blockquote]

The point is that you should be aware of the law in your locale and abide by it. In the State of Washington, answering the question as it was originally posted could be construed as an illegal act. IMHO: asking or answering such questions would put a person in legal jeopardy in most jurisdictions and should be avoided.
