This is interesting - I could understand getting personally litigated for giving someone STDs...but didn't realize a plaintiff could actually claim money from a defendant's insurance company.

sorry - I try to avoid the Politics forum like I try to avoid getting STDs. lol.

but still though...crazy. but who would wanna fuck in a car - it's so not comfortable.

It depends.

I've had great sex in a car 3 times with 2 different people (other than just typical handjobs or blowjob's).  And we're talking sedan here, not SUV or van.

But I have also had to call off sex twice that was starting in a car, due to discomfort.  And one of those was in an SUV with the rear seats removed.
