Mohamet Ghandi drank his own urine too. First case I had heard of decades ago. I only sample urine from favoured providers, not my own. And fresh, not old stuff.

Out of curiosity, I surfed the web for references, and apparently the practice of consuming one's own urine is more common than one might imagine.

There is a reason why it's called a "human waste system". The body filters out all the toxins, dead viruses/bacteria and unnecessary minerals and disposing it. Why would you want to put them back in? The "effects" he's describing are purely psychological.

If he's looking that way now and this "therapy" made him look 10 years younger, I wonder how he looked before... even worse?..
