It's less his chest hair than his pubic/anal hair that's the problem. At least some mild trimming would help.

Why ?

Humans have pubic hair and men have chest hair. WHY is that a negative when someone presents as handsome and natural. As @BOZO T CLOWN mentions, Jimmy is a rare gem, with a great physique unmarred by this trend toward excessive body-art. To encounter someone who looks naturally fit and handsome with body hair intact would be a PLUS to me.
