New Rentmen Beta App

I really hope they work the bugs out. I clicked on my buddy list and it definitely was not my buddy list.

Just switched to beta on rentmen with one of my profiles there and now all of my email archive and instant messaging with current Clients is completely gone~ Doesn’t look like there is a way to switch back~ 
 My recommendation: Take caution switching to beta on rentmen~!!! …maybe wait until they have the kinks worked out~

I like that the pics are full screen, but that’s about it.  

Worst feature is the private pics of those who were kind enough to unlock their gallery are now locked again when I look at their ad in the beta format.

I’m not going to disturb providers to unlock again, just because Rent.men decided not to test such a simple thing, or at worse, did this by design to get those of us with free memberships to now pay.  Luckily, I can use old format, but for how long.

I did not know that.  On the client side, I seem to be able to use any of them.

Switching between Old and New: If you simply remove “app” from the first part of the URL it switches back to the old web design for me.

Cons: feels like they tried to make it look like grindr and I’m not sure why!? they are not apps for the same purposes… 

Pros: I do like that if I block someone they do not show in my feed.

Missing: It seems so obvious that I should be able to filter a destination for the dates that I will be there so I can see matching availability without having to navigate through all of the posts. 🤷‍♂️ Will they ever have such a feature?

The feedback here is actually interesting.  While I obviously have no skin in the game (other than being an end user of the site), I can use the feedback as I work on our own site.

I tried the beta site the day it was available. Five minutes was more than plenty. Reverted to using rent.men.

Today, I looked at it again and it appears many of the bugs have been resolved. I agree that it is very busy, which is funny because most revamped websites are so sparse, they are unattractive. Still, this is definitely a beta site.

Funny you said this. I'm looking for work and am having to transition from project-managing in a very strict waterfall environment to doing so in an agile environment. This is an example of "agile" becoming "fragile," not to mention a lesson in how not to deploy a beta site.

I like it... I would only suggest they go back from IM to email, no need for other changes.

Went on it today and the listings in y towbn, Las Vegas, were very few.  I guess that the escorts actually have to sign on and the have not.   The search filters are easier to use and tell you how many excorts there are that fit your wants, but then the did not show up when you hit the search button.

Yes… the IM thing is annoyingly inefficient~ Everything from how images are sent to deleted text history to chats not linking together~ Cumbersome and inefficient~
