I'm aware of the sauna offerings there but isn't it problematic if you don't speak Spanish? (My monolingualism is another reason keeping me from a sex trip to Brazil).

Not disagreeing.  One of the hottest cam models I deal with in Colombia is Enzo_M.  The dude actually has a college degree in electrical engineering.  The country is so poor and the job prospects so dim that, even if he could find work as an engineer, he still makes TONS more money as a cam model. Some of the cam models make decent money but most don't.  F4F and the studios collect 80 percent of the fees.  But that's a different story.

I've found that providers of higher quality in Colombia speak English from Intermediate to Advanced Level. This mostly applies to the biggest and most touristic cities such as Bogota, Medellin and Cartagena. The same happens in Sao Paulo and Rio. Not everyone can Speak in English but they are not so difficult to find and even the highest rate in Latin America can be way lower than the average rate in North America.
