Dinah Shore Weekend in Palm Springs

The NYTimes has a long article and many pictures showing the "Dinah Shore Weekend"  in Palm Springs last weekend.  It is the major lesbian party of the year, and an annual event of grand renown and large crowds.  It appears that all had a good time.

Interesting article. Somewhat different vibe from what a gay gathering would engender. Several women said they were attending with the hope of finding someone to settle down and start a family with, whereas gays would be mostly there to f**k their brains out.

I saw the heading and was sooo excited! I thought, wow, this is an event that I can feel at home with!!

re reading, I’m sorry I didn’t notice sooner that it’s “Dinah Shore”, not “Dinosaur”.

That's why I didn't see it. Rarely read the sports forum. On reading the article, it seems the weekend has evolved away from the golf tournament, if it was ever really linked. Btw, was Diana Shores a lesbian?

And didn’t she have quite a lengthy affair with Burt Reynolds? Seems like I read where he discussed their sex life in great detail.
