+ purplekow Posted October 6 Posted October 6 (edited) I do have a friend trying to sell a small upper west side one bedroom for 265000 if anyone is interested. Edited October 6 by purplekow
samhexum Posted October 20 Author Posted October 20 (edited) The latest episode was bad. REALLY bad. Meryl Streep was quite annoying, as was Renee Zelweger (how did Ant Anstead go from Christina's annoying voice to an even more annoying one?) and I wasn't entertained by a single character. Easily the worst episode of the series. Edited October 20 by samhexum because it's Monday morning and it's gonna be one of those days Rod Hagen 1

You probably don't know exactly, since it's not your pad. but I imagine the HOA, or "Maintenance", is unGodly. Add that to the tax, and, well, wow. Edited October 20 by Rod Hagen samhexum 1

It's not just the price, it's the FUCKING HOA. When I look at NYC realestate listings, the prices often match my expectations, but the tax and the Maintenance, no fucking thank you. Not that the tax on the house I briefly had here in LA was low, but my god the HOA on For-Sale NYC Condos is ridiculous. Edited October 20 by Rod Hagen

It was up near Colombia University. I was there once or twice and it was a nice space but I would definitely need a larger space in addition, perhaps to keep this place as a second home. samhexum Posted October 21 Author Posted October 21 I preferred this week's episode to last week's garbage. It was rather low-key but I liked the sentimentality and the acting.
samhexum Posted Tuesday at 05:24 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 05:24 PM The season was good overall but lost steam as it went along. The wonderful episode about Oliver's childhood was the highlight and the horrible episode with Meryl Streep's awful and truly annoying performance pretending to be psychic was the lowlight. The finale fell somewhere in between.
