TS/CD/Fembois - When did this become such a thing?

Over the last year, I feel like there has been an explosion of top guys on hook-up apps (e.g., Grindr) exclusively looking for TS/CD/Fembois.  Maybe I didn't notice it before?  Maybe because I am spending more time in very rural areas vs gay ghettos?  Or I am missing something?

As an older, mature gay bottom, it feels like I have less and less choices and more and more tops that aren't interested in my demographic.  Part of the doom of being a bottom in a world of bottoms - another reason for tops not to be interested.

And nothing against TS/CD/Fembois.... everybody should have the opportunity to get what makes them happy and satisfied.

Mostly closeted young guys in their early stages of self-acceptance, trying to convince themselves that they are straight, but they will eventually evolve full-on gay mode, probably even ending up being bottoms. Personally, I don't think you are missing on anything. Some will stay stuck in that "phase" and will look for these Shemales to also suck cock and get fucked. No surprise there.

I remember seeing top guys looking for TS/CD/fembois when i lived in Chicago in the 1990s and in San Diego between 2000 and 2016. I didn't live in the gayborhood and was using internet-based sites (rather than apps), so the guys were from all over the two metro areas.

Wishing for no drama, & with respect to your contribution to our wonderful boards, and I'm sure it was just an oversight, but some people from the transgender community might be offended by use of the term, "Shemales".  Perhaps "transman" might be better? This is a welcoming community, after all.
