Alternative compensation model?

So, I met a guy on Seeking Arrangement and he is becoming my regular. We normally meet for a fixed amount, have dinner, fun, and spend a night together. I am thinking to propose some alternative model where he gets rewarded for doing things I like without being prompted (like call me by my first name, cuddle after sex, wearing underwear I like, etc). I will add a certain amount for each checkpoint that he met. The reason I want to try this that is that he is super affordable with his base rate (he is very inexperienced) and I would to bring an element of fun/game into our interactions.

 

Has anyone tried to have different compensation model for the guys you see based on their performance (I know some people tip escorts)? How did you communicate it to escorts?

gee, the compensation for each achieved checkpoint model doesn't sound very, uh, romantic......(not that romance has anything to do with this 'arrangement'!!)

 

since he's very affordable and you guys are getting along, can you just tell him, in a casual/friendly way, what you'd like him to do/say and, somewhat unrelated-y, tell him you'd be delighted to compensate him at a higher rate??

Somewhat right. I guess I just want more for the extra and he is already doing everything I communicated.

I don’t know how the other party feels about your “arrangement” but it sounds to me like this may be a case of less is more.
