I've had my temperature taken 5 times in the last 4 months-- thrice at the dentist, once at the funeral home after my sister's father in law died, and today when I had to have something notarized at a bank.

I've been below 98.6 each time. I believe my high was 98.1. Today was 97.9.

It must be all the healthy eating and living habits I abide by.

Or, you're just getting older. (Sorry!) According to https://www.mayoclinic.org:

"The average body temperature is 98.6 F (37 C). But normal body temperature can range between 97 F (36.1 C) and 99 F (37.2 C) or more. Your body temperature can vary depending on how active you are or the time of day. Generally, older people have lower body temperatures than younger people have."
