If a guy's coming to me, I could forgive them being late. Not if I'm visiting them and made an effort to be punctual. Good response.

and he is a well reviewed escort here and on Rentmen!

You made the right decision @leftbench23

I had a similar experience years ago. An escort who was ‘my type’ had rave reviews here and he was also strongly rated by a fellow-poster. He proved difficult to meet, but I agreed to his insisted-upon 4pm at his place. I arrived at 3.50pm but then phoned to say I was early, and asked if I could come up; he said No and told me to wait...and called me at 4.20. I had waited so I went ahead. He wanted me to top him on the sofa; I suggested it’d be better in his bed; he said No, he slept there…and usually went to clients’ places. I’m pretty sure he faked orgasm as I fucked him from behind, and he tried to get me to leave before 5pm. He said “the hour’s up” and grew indignant with me when I pointed out it was only 40minutes. Because the whole experience was ‘meh’, for the ‘hell of it’ I suggested he cut his agreed fee by 1/3rd and he was furious. I paid in full and left.

It was a great and early learning experience for me. Poor customer service was something I never tolerated again, and if I encountered it I always moved on.

Its all about choices and respect.

Providers need to take time off, and should take their ad offline for their "day off" to not tempt clients or themselves if the time off is important.

But also if a provider makes a choice to accept a client, then he should be in it 100% and not guilt the client for asking for an appointment!

I agree. Another approach I've seen in a few ads is men listing the specific days and times of day they are available on a monthly basis. As a prospective client that seems great to me since I can know in advance, for example, that a guy is never available before 5 pm or doesn't work certain days of the week. I assume some men do this either to give themselves a more predictable work schedule or because they have other things that result in them being unavailable during specific hours.

To add onto my original post, I had a 7pm appointment with a provider last night for two hours, and he said he needed a few more minutes to get ready when I texted my arrival at 6:55. I said no problem since there was a Starbucks near by, but he did not text back saying he was ready until 7:30! I told him to never mind and walked away from the appointment!

Maybe he tried so squeeze another appointment right before you, someone just called him last minute.

Did you walk away after the replied at 7:30? When you got his text where you still in the area and left anyways?

I walked away I got his text. I was still sitting at Starbucks, but a guy shouldn’t make you wait 30 minutes!

Yes, I do exactly that. I try my best to keep my ad up to date, listing travel locations and dates and specific times when I am available. I have found that the more clear I am, the easier - and then I don't have to reply back to say that I'm not available.

I sometimes use the "near travel" option on RentMassuer which allows me to put out potential future travel cities without specific dates yet, but that can sometimes be confusing. I then show up in the display for that city, and guys may not always see that it is a "future travel" location. I'd love to see RentMasseur (and probably same on RentMen) improve the display of current and future travel cities

This issue happens more with younger escorts, the ones that love making money but also likes to hangout with their friends, i stated working when i was in very early 20s and i used to be like that, i will work hard weekdays and hangout with my friends on the weekends, as i started to age and take my job more seriously that stopped, it was all about work. I have always travel for work, so when you are in a city for two or three days you have to make the most of it, no sighseeing, no taking time off etc.. its all about work.
