Question about custom videos

Over the years I have purchased custom videos from mostly straight muscular alphas that focus on their butts. I have them on my hard drive but was thinking of posting them on a site like PornHub - but behind a wall so that only guys with similar interests who request to view my vids will see them (this will be a way to view their “protected” video as well). Is this unethical? Technically the videos are mine, and I won’t identify the models. I’ll also request that those who subscribe not name the models - they can private message me if they’re interested in reaching out to the model to get a custom vid. Anyway just curious what others think and if anyone has experiencing posting custom vids on public sites. Thanks.

I’m not an attorney but I think you purchased the right to view the video - not to distribute it. I suspect that the producer retains the right to distribute.

If I subscribed to someone’s Onlyfans and grabbed a copy of their video then forwarded it to a friend that feels like theft.

I would not post them publicly without explicit permission from the guys in the videos.

Someone identified my apartment in a video I sold to a client as “custom content.” It is an incredibly small world and I was incredibly pissed.

 

There is no such thing as “behind a wall” or “protected” content once you have given others access to it. It is unethical unless you have permission. Please don’t.
