If you browse Onlyfans or Justforfans, there are only a small number of guys who maintain their sites in ways that would make it a primary source of income. You have to keep subscribers interested and produce a steady stream of updates, which does take work. It's also clear that there are a small number of geographically defined clusters of guys who basically fuck each other and account for a lot of the non-solo content. Basically its a recreation of the studio system without the studio overhead, although a lot of the guys are essentially building on or trying add life to studio careers. OF and JFF play a minimal role in altering the escort market. The number of guys in even third tier cities was continuing to increase before COVID and has been picking up once more.

I can't tell you how many make how much... I just know Austin Wolfe and others make so much money they gave up escorting.

Cade for instance "screens" his clients, he won't just take anybody.

Again, their businesses their choices, I wouldn't tell someone how to run his restaurant either.

Austin Wolf is representative of what, other than Austin Wolf? He already had a negative rep among clients.

"Clients" aren't a block of people who all think the same. Austin had a negative rep because he posted the names of clients who scammed him on a site that other escorts used. Other escorts share similar warnings about scamming clients, but Austin went further and identified the clients by name and location. I wouldn't hire someone who does that, but I also wouldn't be overly concerned about being so listed as I wouldn't scam an escort. As a practical matter, given where the names were posted, what Austin did was help other escorts avoid scamming clients.

No doubt there are still plenty of people who who hire Austin for escort services if he were available and affordable, and if he performed as they requested.

Just out of curiosity, how did clients scam him?

They show up, avail themselves of his time and services, then don't pay. When he tries to contact them at the number they used to contact him, it's no longer working.

Cade Maddox is now in Montreal, according to his RM ad. From Oct 1 to 13. I sent him a message this morning on the RM chat so see whether he will respond. The last time he was in Montreal over a year ago it was for a shorter period and he didn’t respond to me. Will see if I have better luck this time. BTW I’m interested in how he got to Montreal as we are supposed to have a closed border with the US except for essential service workers. In my book, he’s ”essential”. Also Montreal has been put back into severe lockdown measures for the month of October so his timing couldn’t have been worse, IMO. Still...

It’s also been my experience about the length of time he takes to respond, if ever. He’s here for another week so I might get lucky. We’ll see.

Yes, plenty of information about his behavior online and on here. When I met him in 2012/12 he was very polite and certainly "delivered", later on onlyfans.com allowed him to make more money while having sex with other hot guys and he moved on.

Reminds me of Ryan Rose 3 consecutive no shows to a frequent poster!

It’s possible he’s making porn vids in Montreal. They have studios there and that might account for the duration of his visit. I’ve met up with other porn actors from the US in Montreal under the same circumstances and they did escorting on the side between takes, which usually go from about 11am to 5 or 6pm. In one of Cade’s films, you actually hear him refer to Montreal near the end of the film when talking to the other actor.

Scam as now showing up I guess!

Well done!

Flaky clients never flake just once, they constantly do it just to feel powerful bothering working guys! Sad but true!

Most guys do it, if there's a will there's a way. The could film during the day and see a client or 2 after as you say or talk to the studio and stay on their own for a few days after filming.

Besides the could use their own number and communicate using WhatsApp.

I also remember that on at least one occasion, Austin posted a photo of the alleged client. That's really where he crossed the line for me since if someone was just a time waster contacting escorts with no intention of keeping appointments, there's also no reason to believe that that person used his own photos when setting up an appointment. So someone using Google image search might find Austin's post stating that the person in the photo contacted him to hire him as an escort and then flaked on the appointment when it very well might be that the person in the photo had nothing to do with it and, furthermore, doesn't even realize there's a post on the internet somewhere defaming him. Given how easy it is to spoof phone numbers, too, it's difficult to justify posting a phone number of an alleged time waster, too. I understand the frustration of both providers and clients with respect to time wasters, but I don't think Austin's way of handling this was reasonable.

First thing escorts do is search on WhatsApp if the client has a profile with his picture, they also google the number and use other searching apps.

How many clients send pics of themselves? Very few!

Unfortunately texting apps have empowered flakes and time wasters, clients are more likely to behave irresponsibly now that they can get away with it.

You must have left legal practice quite a while ago. I haven't practiced in 7 years, and my rate was in the high 400s/hour. That's what the firm billed for my time.

It depends on where the attorney is located.

One located in Iowa or Arizona or Utah, just as examples, would generally not command the same rate as an attorney located in New York or Beverly Hills.
