Thanks for providing the link to the whole book. It's very entertaining, particularly the quotes of the various individuals. "Why should I work for a pittance and be the mug for a fool of a boss when I can earn as much in an evening, meet interesting and facinating people and go to parties where everyone wants to dance with me?"
