There are previous threads that discuss his past, this is not the place to rehash them. This thread is about his current availability in New York state.

 

I strongly disagree with this. I don't know or can't remember what he went to jail for, but if it was for assaulting or robbing a client it should be mentioned here. I'm a strong believer in second chances and that people can change. However if there's violence in the past at least one can go into an experience with him being aware of that fact. If Derek is truly reformed I hope he is upfront about his past mistakes. I think not mentioning it here is a wrong way to go about it. He's turned a new leaf and with his current and future actions he can rebuild his reputation and turn his past truly into... well just the past.

even his 3 star review says his pics are accurate. Some pics are from 2016, and others from 2018. How much can a 6' 220lbs guy change in 1 year?

 

I don’t much care if Derek is gay, straight, or bisexual. I’m not interested in the circumstances that led to his incarceration either. Nor are any of his negative comments about specific clients any concern of mine. As to if he’s top or bottom, well....I’d certainly prefer to explore his versatility.

 

I’d still pay to see him naked without any hesitation.

 

Your main concern (if you want to hire him) is whether he'll show up or not.

For what it’s worth (absolutely nothing) I’ve gotta say this thread amazes me. Four full pages of posts obsessing about this man. Attempt after attempt to analyze the man’s sexuality, attempt after attempt to determine what the law will and will not allow the man to do, attempt after attempt to determine where the man is likely to live. Is he this, is he that, can he do this, can he do that. For god sakes if you are interested in getting together with him, for whatever reason, CONTACT him and set up a get together and stop all this senseless chatter. And finally do keep in mind that the man IS entitled to a private/personal life outside of escorting.

 

OK guy come and get me!!!!!

I would say that while connecting with him, members here to excercise caution and not bring up his past to him. Sometimes it is human nature to poke into things out of curiosity and it is good to control that urge. Make things comfortable for him.

Best advise ever. People can be nosey. Who cares about the past. Enjoy the present if you get a chance to spend some time with him.

I agree and it wouldn't hurt for him to post his social security number too. I need to know everything about and that includes a credit check.

 

I never thought of that but credit checks would be an excellent idea for providers to do on clients. Especially regulars. If you know name, address or phone # it's not hard and if you find a regular is Daddy Warbucks you may want to be nicer. You may want to talk marriage. Probably how Melania worked it.
