I know we escorts all get these ridiculous scam emails, and some have reprinted them here before, but I thought this version was more amusing than the usual one I get each week. I love the part about him winning the Swiss lottery and choosing us out of "the other 3 gays" he saw on the 'net:

Hello,

Am Ken, from Italy. I am 38 yrs old and a govt. worker with the U.N. I am planning to come to your country to spend my annual one month work leave but i want you as my bedmate to satisfy me with gay sex for the weeks i will be spending in your country, i want someone to show me the real thing called gaying because i am new to it and am ready to do it to the fullest. If u are very hot, please mail me here to show ur interest.

I can afford to pay you $2000USD per night to have the best sex coz i just won a swiss lotto worth millions of dollars and i dont mind to pay any amount it will cost as long as i will get satisfaction from my partners.

A collegue here in my Dept. told me his experience with gays from your part of the world that they are extremely hot. The money is not the issue but getting the best of gay sex style from you.

I can send you some money to get a hotel reservation for me and you so that when i fly into the state, i will not have any problem with Hotel Reservation. I can also make half part-payment for your service before my arrival into your coutry so that you will know that i really mean to have you because i believe that you can give me the best of gay sex that was why i have chosen you out of other three gays i saw why surfing the internet. I will give you further details on how i intend to fly into your country for my one month work leave.

Tell me if you are interested and send me your Full name and phone number so that we can talk better on phone.

My pix is here below.

Thanks

Ken

Where's the scam here? All the guy is asking for is your phone number and he will call you. Are you reluctant to give out your number? Maybe he's on the up-and-up. If he works for the UN in Europe, I can understand why he would want to go to New York for a sex holiday. The escort scene in Geneva is pretty dead. When I lived in Geneva, I went to New York all the time and so did most of my friends. Of course, in those days, I got it for free! :-(

Oh in the original post it looked as though he sent you your own picture. Now that would have added to the humor of the whole thing.

There are several red flags in that message and it has the tone of many an internet scam from my perspective. If you google "swiss lotto" you will find several links to a number bank account scams that have been reported.

No doubt the "client" would soon offer to wire a deposit or send an advance check if Rick will only provide the "client" with his banking information.

Well, you get around that by asking for a western Union wire for money. No banking info. If the guy is legit, he'll send the money If not, blow him off.

And if he sent a pic, so much the better. Send it to the UN headquarters in Geneva and see if they know him. The folks there are very nice. ;)

There are a lot of hot escorts in Europe. If I had millions I would start off at Belgium (we know who's there), and work my way south, making sure to go through Amsterdam (we know who's there)on the way.

If you are sure it's a scam - and no doubt it is - and you want to have some fun with it, talk to the guy and when he asks for bank info to forward the money to you, give him a phony account # and the name and branch of a bank where you don't do business.

If everyone did that, he'd soon get tired of wasting his time.

That wouldn't work as he has no intention ofsending any money. All he wants is your financial information so as he can try his hand at identity theft. If everyone he contacted gave him wrong information he would spend hours & houra and wind up with ziltch
