This is so true. I asked my doctor if i should get HPV vaccine (Im already 29 and got a wart on one of my fingers) And my doctor just said "Eh, unless you are immunocompromised, or lead a very unhealthy lifestyle, if you catch the virus, your body will just clear it"

 

 

Still debating though if i should shell out 400 something dollars to get the vaccine cause i am so paranoid of getting anal or genital warts. Looking at online photos horrifies me.

OK but I believe the HPV strains that cause warts do not cause cancer,there are dozens of strains I think there's about 8 dangerous cancer causing strains but yes most people clear the infection and never get cancer from it,its like the common cold in that basically almost everyone gets it,however I think some otherwise healthy people do get cancer from HPV,some with underlying health problems but for many its a mystery why some people get cancer from this while most do not
