Yes indeed.
DSNYC told me he lives in Weehawken - just across the river.  But he can't host there.  Who wants to go to Weehawken anyway?  Then the ask rate is 400 + cost of the dayuse.  It adds up.  My view is - if you are going to charge 400 or more, have accomodations available.  I am not saying it needs to be the St Regis but come on!
