I'm a fan of pressure cooking so when my stove top pressure cooker finally gave up the ghost after 25 years of almost weekly use I checked out a number of electric PCs. I chose the instapot 6 qt from Costco. I used it to make 80% of my Thanksgiving dinner, including a cheesecake. Everything came out great. If you're interested in exploring pressure cooking I'd recommend one.

The profile pics do not show the same person who advertised under that listing a few years ago. Also. Some years ago, a poster said the person he met with wasn't the person in the ad at that time.
