Lol, I can't tell. I hope he's telling me the truth, or at least his version of it. Last time we chatted was August, so it had been quite some time.

And by "too much drama" by text, are we referring to his "life situation"? I mean, I am not saying I wasn't a recipient of all the dramatic texts after our first and only provider-client encounter, but I am generally friendly with him and he updates me from time to time on how his new business is doing.

Perhaps in your follow-up, unless you already decided to meet up with him, ask him how and to what extent he wants you. Does he want you... to continue to be a f*ckbuddy? to explore having a relationship? something else? Depending on those answers (and other potential follow-ups from those answers), you might be a bit more informed on what to do next depending on what you would want from him either now or going forward.

I'm not a top (yet) - but boy, that position is just getting me all hot and bothered.

Lol, I'm lost. Not sure why my response to another thread was quoted here. I personally do not have an issue with RM Messenger, especially with what I mainly use it for (proof to webmaster that contact was made, answering questions to clients of other providers) but I can understand the frustrations that members have with the platform.

I feel like I have to explain myself here. I was not incarcerated. I visited a regional jail for my capstone project in college on how to reduce jail recidivism among individuals with mental health conditions.

Or could be really hot if he uses his moves on ya ? 450 for 2 hours does not seem bad. If anything else, you can spend the first few to get to know the guy and build that chemistry, and perhaps lower your anxiety about him being "ex-military." it also depends on how he is to you when you're texting him - if you feel a positive vibe, then would probably go with your gut...or loins ?

I guess, for me, I just chuck it as part of the business. Here are my assumptions, which could be flat out wrong or spot on: Depending on how far the conversation went (e.g., hours requested, rate, payment method, repeat client), the provider may be looking for other potentially more profitable prospects (e.g., requests for overnight, cash, new client) If you are a repeat, and the provider knows that you guys have good rapport, he may simply be waiting out to get new clients and expand the market. Simply too many things going on...saw the texts, thought he'll respond later or thought he already responded but didn't. I have been in those waiting situations before, but I guess I have pivoted my behavior to the following: My time is also important. So if a reservation is not booked or am waiting for confirmation from the provider about a booking, then I am welcome to scout for alternative plans in case the original proposed booking falls through. If other providers are more responsive, then the original provider may have just lost business. If he is a repeat provider and you guys have a good time, the next time I meet up, I would try to understand his communication style so I can level set expectations going forward when he is slow to respond. I may be more patient with good, reputable repeat providers (as long as I am aligned with their communication style). Hope that helps a bit.

I feel you. I think it goes the same with with WhatsApp when providers say to go communicate with them through that platform. You see those 2 checkmarks amidst the conversation and no replies.
