Well, at least there's some hope that they will re-open. We have been through this with another popular spa a few years ago and they are doing well now, so there's hope. We have to be careful even with DMs. I do not respond to DMs from new members or recent members with no track record. Sorry to those newbies just trying to get info with good intentions, but I don't want to say something to the wrong person the could be "misinterpreted" and get a masseur or spa in trouble. You can be in this forum for 5 years and have hundreds of posts, but if all them are just "tell me about this guy" then I don't feel comfortable saying more in DMs.
