  1. Do you mean Energy on 23rd near 8th Ave? And didn't New Yorker more than a year ago?
  2. Hmmm, I'm guessing that Simon at EMS might be the same Simon I saw at Energy a month or so ago. My massage at Energy had enough potential that I have been checking back to see if Simon is working at Energy on other days, but I haven't had any luck. I will have to check EMS' schedule (well, text to ask who is working the day I'm available...). If Simon is there, I'll have to take a chance and see if it's the same guy.
  3. In general, no. However, some of them have rentmasseur accounts.
  4. It's still working for me. Are you using the old link or the new one announced last month?
  5. I see they have someone named "Shawn" on their schedule too. That wouldn't happen to be the same Shawn who also worked at TSMS??? It's a different spelling though (Shaun vs Shawn), but I hope, can't I? I feel sorry for them working 7 days a week though. 😢
  6. I finally met Pete yesterday. I tried to book an appointment with him a few weeks ago but our schedules didn't sync. (I had limited availability.) I tried again and we were able to set a day and time that worked. His massage was blissfully peaceful and exciting at the same time. Do not hesitate booking an appointment with him. It was a beautiful experience.
  7. Not a 100% sure but I believe all of the masseurs at TSMS are Asian at this time. They have had non-Asian masseurs occasionally in the past though. Just ask for an Asian masseur when you text or call if that's what you'd prefer.
  8. Yes, definitely 10, maybe up to 15 years ago?
  9. I do recall a basement location that was a long railroad style space - it had a very long hallway down the middle. I don't recall the address but it could be the same one you are talking about.
  10. The Chelsea location closed awhile before the HK location was shut down, IIRC.
  11. Yes, of course, but it would be helpful to know what city you are looking in, unless you plan on traveling the world visiting our random suggestions. 🤷‍♂️
  12. East of 6th Ave, but yes, I remember that one too. (W 8th St ends at 6th Ave.) And there was one around the corner on 6th Ave between 8th and 9th St. I think it was above a Dunkin, which is also no longer there.
  13. That's right. I did get some massages at August's apt before he started at 27MS. Yes, I do remember the huge flight of stairs at that place on 57th St! lol
  14. Keep in mind that most, if not all, of the recent chatter about Anthony has been from newbies. That generally means self-promotion (but not always...).
  15. I remember several of these spas fondly. Babylon was where I first met August, who moved to 27MS after Babylon closed (or maybe a little before it closed?). Moon Boy was indeed the name of the place on 25th off 6th. I remember it being Moon Boy in contrast to Sunny Boy on 27th, before it changed to 27MS and then moved to the other end of the block to its current location. I don't recall the name of the place on Lex at 28th but I remember my experiences there very well. They advertised on Craigslist. I used to get a massage there and then go across the street to an Indian restaurant for lunch or dinner. I never went to the other spa nearby though. I believe that one opened afterwards (or marketed its itself to the gay community afterwards) and I felt loyal to the first place. A few more no longer with us: Top Men Spa (35th and 7th, I believe) Hero (50th and 9th?) Grandee (56th and 8th) 28 Mens Spa (28th and 6th) Alpha Male (west side/midtown - I don't recall the cross streets as I only went once or twice?) New Yorker on 6th between 30th and 31st. 24 Chelsea Spa on 24th off of 9th Ave (not to be confused with Chelsea Men's Spa on 29th and 6th). There was a "bodywork" spa in the basement just north of 14th St (not sure if it was 15th , 16th, etc.) and I think they had another location with the same name in HK on 10th Ave? There was a place on 57th St, maybe between Lex and 3rd? Lots of older, muscular Asian masseurs there. That was probably about 15 years ago. It was one of the first HE type spa I every experienced. There was one on E 53rd, maybe between 3rd and 2nd Ave? Can't remember the name though. And there was a spa near Grand Central, not far from the old Shangri La, except this was in an office building. It always felt a little strange to go to this location with so many "legit" workspaces just down the hall.
  16. All I can say is let him know what you are looking for. If he can provide it, he will let you know. It can't hurt to ask. He is very skilled and gives a wonderful massage. I definitely recommend Wen.
  17. Great job! A lot of work went into this and it is appreciated. 🎉 Love the look of the gallery!
  18. He's very attractive but not $800/hr attractive.
  19. Never heard of VR or Spa Club. Didn't New Yorker close a year or two ago? 28 is basically closed. It's only used on a by appointment basis when booking guys off rentmasseur or other sites. I think 27 Men's Spa and Chelsea Men's Spa are the only two on your list that are actually open (unless VR and Spa Club are actually a thing...).
  20. All three looked new to TSMS to me. I don't remember seeing any of them pre-closure last spring.
  21. Name change... He used to go by the name "Machobegin" and Charis.
  22. Yes, last I saw a few months ago, the entire spa had been gutted. You could see the bare walls from the street. Adding a pic from Google street view.
  23. I was afraid someone might ask about how they looked! lol I just met them briefly and they were all sitting in the tiny room on the right as you enter. As fit as Kenny? I would say yes. They were all moderately attractive. Simon and Robert seemed to have slimmer builds and Wayne looked shorter and slightly muscular, but again, it's hard to say exactly given the short time and they were all sitting.
  24. Looks like their old website, and the url just has another "s" in it.
  25. I had a massage at TSMS with Kenny this afternoon. It was great, as usual, but after the massage he did something I rarely see these days. He introduced me to the new guys at TSMS - Simon, Wayne and Robert. Kenny is clearly the "main attraction" at TSMS but he's smart enough to know that the new guys need some clients, too and he's willing to share his own. When I see new names via text inquiries, I'm curious but tend to stick to the masseurs I know and with whom I have built a "relationship." I will see the guys in the spa but I usually am not able to match names with faces so it's difficult to meet them if I'm interested. I kind of feel like I'm betraying my regular masseur by asking about new faces in front of them. Kenny knows I will return to him but is willing to share his clients with his co-workers. Very classy, Kenny! 👏👏👏
