I think a tip for an escort is truly at the clients desire. Fees can go up with things such as fetish request, etc. However, a nominal tip of 5-10 percent is greatly appreciated.

It all depends what you work out with your guy. Typically, an overnight will start early evening and go until morning. The exact times, what you do, what you want, his expectations for sleep, etc., should be clearly communicated with the provider before you schedule.
